Support covers answering questions related to the use of our products — for example: "why isn't my ad delivering as expected?" or "how do I add a new ad unit?"
We do not charge if the issue turns out to be our fault — for example, a bug we introduced that prevents the system from functioning correctly.
Many questions can be resolved independently using our online documentation.
Professional services covers new feature development and custom engineering work — including new ad layouts, data warehouse setup, and any bespoke coding.
We will always let you know in advance if your request qualifies as a professional service before any work begins.
