Services: Standard Rates
Adnuntius offers various services; here you will find the rates for those services. Please note that any applicable Order Form takes presendence, and these rates apply only if the Order Form does not state any specific rates, or that certain services are included. Please note that all rates are specified in EUR.
Support
What it is: support comprises answering typical questions related to the use of our products. This includes for instance questions like “why doesn’t my ad deliver as I expected?”, or “how do I create an extra ad unit for my page?”. We do not charge anything if the problem turns out to be our fault, which can occur if we have, for example, introduced a bug that prevents the system from functioning correctly.
Rates: EUR 100 per hour.

Professional Services
What it is: professional services includes creating new features, and using our development expertise to deliver functionality such as new layouts, data warehouse setup, and any custom coding. We will let you know if your request involves a professional service.
Rates: EUR 175 per hour.
